Good morning Chuck, I know you spoke with Sean yesterday, but I wanted to tell you that the trailer is wonderful! It is everything we had hoped for and needed and more! It is always a little disconcerting buying something sight unseen. A person really has to rely on the honesty and integrity of the person you are dealing with. Sean and I couldn’t be more pleased with you and Millennium trailers. You made this purchase as easy and stress free as possible from over a thousand miles away. I really appreciate your willingness to work with us and your patience as I’m sure it was a longer process than usual for you. We are headed into the heart of oil country with that trailer, I’m sure it is going to attract some attention, and we won’t hesitate a minute to tell people where we got it from and who we dealt with. J I should tell you a funny little story. I knew the trailer was quite large, but I really had no idea until Sean got home with it. When he pulled up in front of the house, the truck trailer combination blocked the entire area from my neighbor’s driveway to the east, my driveway and my entire front yard!! When I came out of the house, I couldn’t help but to laugh at the sheer size of the set-up!! I have never personally seen a trailer quite that huge. I’m not sure if the previous owners had a nickname for her (the trailer) or not, but her name now is “moose”. She is getting her decals this weekend, once that is complete I will send you a picture of her in her new work clothes! One more thing…..your driver, Bill….what a fantastic person!! He was so professional, courteous, and helpful. He made sure to show the trailer, explain the trailer, and make sure my guys had it all under control before he left. He reminded my husband and brother of their brother, Dan, who lives in Detroit. is His name is Bill Weaver?? Is that correct? I would like to send him a “Thank You” from us as well. Again, thank you. I received an e-mail from Sharon telling me that you were interested in a Millennium trailer. I purchased a 38′ GN last year for my racing operation in San Antonio, TX. If you are interested in looking at it and seeing the quality of manufacturing, please e-mail me your phone number. I will call you and make arrangements for you to look at our trailer. Our race season just started, we race in Houston every Friday and Saturday. I’m normally at home Sundays after church about 12 noon. I’ve been very pleased. The enclosed trailer is an excellent performer to our business. Seeing it first hand speaks for itself and Sharon was extremely knowledgeable and provided me a great amount of details to make my choice.

I would like to say that Tim as well as Trish and Eric were an absolute pleasure to work with. Tim and Trish were so helpful. The purchase of the trailer could not have been easier or less time consuming, and Eric was simply great with coordinating the delivery and introducing me to the mechanics of the trailer. He even called my cell phone shortly after I was on my way with the trailer to make sure it was towing and stopping easily. I researched quite a few other dealers and was even offered a deal on an Exiss trailer from friends. Because of your team, I know Millennium was the right choice. Sharon, Here are a few pictures of my new enclosed trailer. I can say it is exactly what I wanted. Thanks to everyone at Millennium Trailers for building what I wanted and not another “cookie cutter” enclosed trailer. Customer Service is a big part of what I do and I appreciate dealing with companies that make sure I got what I wanted and what I could afford. Thanks also for explaining all the options open to me and answering the dozed or so oddball questions I had on a daily basis. Hello Sharon, I have had the enclosed trailer out twice now. Really nice piece. Good quality and pulls better than any other enclosed trailers I have had. It was just as I ordered and glad I ordered the options like canopy & spare tire compartment. Hi! Picked up my enclosed trailer this last Monday (Finally!). I was going the last two Fridays, but it was snowing here like crazy. Hello Sharon, First….. I would like to thank you for making this custom enclosed trailer possible. To quote one of the guys at the factory when we picked it up…. “we’ve never built one like this before.” From the first phone call to inquire if what I had in mind was possible, to the completed enclosed trailer, it was actually an enjoyable experience that never had me doubting for a minute that I was going to get exactly what I wanted. The finished product is a show stopper. How they did that in less than two months from the time I placed the order is beyond me. We now own the most beautiful “toy hauler” in the country. Hello Sharon! Got to use our enclosed trailer last weekend. We had both our drag bike and our ’72 Dodge Charger in it and all our new gear, about 6k lbs. The trailer tows like it had nothing it, straight as an arrow. I wanted to let you know that I will be promoting Millennium Trailers at every single race we enter. Hi Robin, Chuck, and everyone, I just returned from Daytona Kart week,2,587 miles round trip total GVW truck and trailer 18,967 not a problem. Trailer #578 I purchased over Labor day, came down and picked it up. I happened to drop it next to a 2005 20″Pace can’t tell the difference, I asked the guy how much he paid for his it was a little more than 5 grand more, he almost cried when I told him what I paid. I bought a new 36′ gooseneck, triple axle. Every part of the order and transaction went so smooth. The sales and office staff were super, keeping me informed about build status and delivery setup. Chuck, I have got to tell you, it pulls much more stable than the open trailer it replaces. But the truck was huffing and puffing( my problem). Some big mountains to go over on my way to Watkins Glen, NY . It was delivered while I was still away on travel, I returned from the west coast on a Red Eye Saturday AM, loaded it with the car and tools, and off we went to WG . WOW. I’ll send you some new photos after I get the floor and the racks installed hopefully this week. It was all you promised, What a pleasure it was to do business with you and Robin.
